Mock Interviews
Tier 1 Procurement can provide a mock interview for candidates looking to de-risk their interview performance. In recent years we realised that despite candidates having excellent credentials, qualifications and experience, often they were missing some fundamental knowledge and skills with regard to behavioural interviews with our clients. A few years ago, we introduced Mock interviews, these are interviews in advance of the client interview, where we rehearse the actual job interview with the candidate. The results and feedback of the Mock Interviews have been exceptional.
We now offer this service free of charge to candidates being represented by Tier 1 Procurement, but also now for a small fee to candidates interviewing for roles outside of our purvey. Please contact Steve Jamieson on steve@tier1procurement.com or 0448 336 771 for more information.

Internship Program
Every year, our Procurement Internship Program provides a valuable opportunity for graduates to enter the workforce. Our clients contact us from time to time seeking candidates for an internship, related to procurement, in various industries.
Tier 1 Procurement then submits applicants to the clients to choose a preferred candidate. If successful, it will give you a real insight into how the business of Procurement works within an organisation.
